The Fanatical Follow Up System

How many touchpoints does it take before someone moves to the next step of the buyer's journey?

On average, it takes 8-10 follow-ups to get someone to move to action. That number is on the rise with all the noise and distractions around us. 

This means that we have to be on our game when it comes to following up with prospects.

Goal: Book a Meeting (or have an initial conversation) 


This is your group that has expressed interest and needs more nurturing. We haven't gotten them to a YES or a NO yet, and we are getting in front of them with automated fanatic follow-up messages that give tremendous value, to help them make a decision. 

Goal: Make the first purchase

TOP 25:

Your best clients go here. This will help you keep them top of mind.

Goal: Refer more / Buy more


Prospects ALMOST to a buying decision.

Goal: Make a decision


Your large business opportunities that will take longer to close, and bring more revenue. 

Goal: Close big deal


Clients or prospects you could do future events with.. (webinars, live events, podcasts, etc.) 

Goal: Co-host a webinar


Ambassadors for your brand, they sing your praises. 

Goal: Refer more business

The first step is to organize your list into those categories, then begin your work!
